These terms apply when you browse or place an order on the Ganapathy Laser Cutting & Bending online store. By placing an order you agree to the points below.

1. Products & pricing

Sweets and savouries are perishable. Weights, pack sizes, and prices shown online are indicative and may vary slightly at packing. We may update prices or availability without prior notice.

2. Orders & payment

Online orders are accepted for cash on delivery (COD) unless another method is clearly offered. An order is confirmed once we accept it in our system. We may call or message the phone number on the order to confirm address or quantity.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on location, stock, and order volume. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable goods. Failed delivery attempts may require re-scheduling or cancellation.

4. Cancellations & returns

Because food items are fresh, returns are limited. Contact us promptly if there is a packing or quality issue with photo evidence where possible. Approved replacements or refunds are at our discretion for valid complaints.

5. Bulk & marriage orders

Large celebration orders may require advance notice, advance payment, and a separate confirmation. See Bulk orders or call the bulk line for details.

6. Account & WhatsApp sign-in

If you sign in with WhatsApp OTP, keep your phone secure. You are responsible for orders placed while signed in on your device.

7. Liability

Ganapathy Laser Cutting & Bending is not liable for indirect losses arising from delayed delivery, stock outs, or events outside reasonable control. Our liability for a confirmed order is limited to the order value.
